equipment available for rental. One (1) month is the minimum rental available.
If the rental is being used in conjunction with service that Hatch Medical
Products is responsible for, then the maximum charge
for rental will be
one (1) month , regardless of how long it takes for the
service to be performed.

Customer is responsible for shipping and
insuring the equipment in transit to H.M.P. Inc. after completion of the
rental. Rental period begins from the date of shipment from H.M.P., Inc. to the
date that product is received at H.M.P. Inc. Customer is responsible for all
damages caused by misuse or handling. Rental charges after the first month will
be rated on a daily basis.
